I originally reached out because the photo on the website for my item did not match what was received. I then had to contact the company again when my item broke minutes after coming out of the package. I was offered an in-store credit (for less than my purchase price). I asked for a replacement if they would not issue a refund. But no one would even reply to that request. The item was barely worth some thing I could find from the dollar store, and the customer service was awful.
